How Does A Mobile Vibration Motor Work?

The vibrating system in mobile phones is straightforward. It typically involves a small Permanent Magnet DC motor with an eccentric mass counterweight. When you receive a message or call, an electric supply is sent to this motor, causing it to start rotating. As a result, the mobile phone generates vibrations, providing tactile feedback to alert the user about incoming notifications or calls.
