The iQOO 3 5G Transformers Limited Edition features kevlar matte texture at the back (glass) with gold accent on sides and camera bump. The handset also has the classic ‘Autobots logo’ imprinted on the rear panel along with iQOO branding and ‘Monster Inside’ slogan

The device also has an orange-colored power key and comes with Transformers theme out of the box. As for internals, it features the same specs as the regular iQOO 3 5G.

That means it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. To keep the thermals down during intense gaming section, the handset also comes with carbon fibre VC liquid cooling technology.

The phone sports a 6.44-inch HDR10+ AMOLED display with 180Hz touch sampling rate. Further, it features a quad-camera setup that includes a 48MP primary shooter, 13MP ultra-wide snapper, 13MP telephoto unit and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it houses a 16MP selfie camera in a punch-hole located at the top right corner of the display

The handset supports 5G connectivity and runs iQOO UI based on Android 10. It gets is energy from a 4,400 mAh battery with support for 55W Super FlashCharge technology.
