Everything we have to know for Green line Issue in 9T without Physical Damage

Requesting for offical response for some general doubts that arise for an iQOO 9T user out of One Year Warranty for the device appeared with green line suddenly or by an update with absolutely no physical damage or mis handling by user.

Is replacement screen available with Service centre ?

If available, is it readily available or has to be ordered by service centre from some where and what is the estimated approximate time for the spare availibility ?

Is that replacement screen replaced by service centre free of cost (as device is out of warranty but there is no mistake from user side) or charged from the user, if charged, what is the charge and how is it justified ?

If service centre even replaces screen free of cost, how long can the replacement warranted ?

What if the freely replaced screen again becomes faulty with same sort of issue with absolutely zero physical damage or mis handling from mobile user ?


Please suggest, instruct and guide users in this regard and take responsibility for after sales services in India for existence and longevity in the largest consumption based Smart Phone Market. Thank you.

Other than suggesting to visit service centre which every one knows that they are supposed to do (with invoice), please make forum useful for discussing this topic !
