IQOO Z7 has 5G+ and VoNR supported but this feature not working.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with my IQOO Z7 smartphone. Despite the device supporting 5G+ and VoNR (Voice over New Radio), I am unable to utilize these features with my Jio carrier, despite them being available in my location.


I have already contacted customer service multiple times, and while they confirm that my phone supports these technologies and they are enabled, I have not been able to resolve the issue. There seems to be a software-related problem preventing me from accessing these advanced features.


I have performed all necessary troubleshooting steps and can confirm that there is nothing wrong with my phone itself. I believe this issue requires a software fix or configuration adjustment from your end to ensure compatibility with Jio's network in my area.


I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter as it significantly impacts my user experience with the IQOO Z7. As a loyal customer, I trust that your team will prioritize and resolve this issue swiftly. Please provide guidance or updates on how this issue can be addressed effectively.


I am pretty sure the reply to this post is gonna be like please contact customer service or visit the nearest service centre.

See in this screenshot if 5G+ was connected on the top left it should say like, Jio5G•SA 700 + (some other band here). But it only has connected to a single band. If I remove this sim and then put it on my infinix it show 5G+ and VoNR
