Please don`t worry, here are some methods for you:

1. Update your phone to the latest version;

2. Restart your handset;

3. Please check whether you are using the application's updated version;

4. Please long-press the all applications app icon > App info > Storage and cache > Clear cache.

5. Access Settings>More settings>Backup & Reset>Restore(Reset) all settings. Don`t worry, no data or media will be deleted;

Did you update to July security update ?

MNS14.21:My devices is Neo 9 Pro it has only received June security update and I have checked there is no update pending.
