My iqoo 9 se device got green line and display turned black. Now they are asking for 90% only bcz i have updated to the latest software version. Why should I pay if there is no physical damage and no water damage from my end. 

They are just giving updates and asking for money.

I have done M.Tech in Mechatronics and embedded systems so I need an detailed explanation not just like yes it's out of warranty and turned black. I need reason why it turned balck? Or give me foc repair.
