Zoom Quality

I've been using iQOO Neo 7 Pro for quite a while now and just recently when I wanted to take a zoomed in video out in a well lit day, I noticed that it makes the video quite blurry and grainy.

I didn't expect the video to look so grainy and unclear. For a flagship level phone, even though its more gaming eccentric, 10x is the minimum amount of zoom that you could have made look much better and cleaner.

Generally speaking, the phone supports maximum of 20x zoom but when recording a video, it gets reduced to 10x. The real issue is, even after degrading the zoom capabilities from 20x to 10x while video recording, the quality is still poop. Made it possible to shoot only upto 10x but even that comes out GRAINY, BLURRY and UNCLEAR. Why don't you ever optimise anything properly. Lets not even talk about by how much the OS itself is lacking in features. A lot of other Android 14 phones have multiple useful features while iQOO, even though its on the latest version on Android still lacks so many features.

What's the point of having all those FEEDBACK sessions when you hardly IMPLEMENT any of the features ever mentioned in the forums.

Gosh, I side tracked from the main issue.

Yes, the zoom quality on the Neo 7 Pro while shooting a video sucks and it'll be really great if you would finally take the initiative and make it better ffs. Even older phones have much better clarity than this.

And no, I don't have anything to attach as proof because it was not worth shooting it anymore when the stuff you want to take is hardly CLEAR AND VISIBLE.

I don't even see the point in tagging cause everytime it gets noticed, its always just forwarding the issue to WhatsApp. What is that going to do? All the issues are already mentioned here. The rest is upto to you whether you'll listen and make it better or not, which for most part, mostly goes unnoticed like it was never heard of, ever.

Adding further, what's the point of having a dedicated wide angle camera if we cannot even SHOOT VIDEOS using WIDE ANGLE, tf. What's the point of even keeping it. Could have just removed it as well and kept a better PORTRAIT lens instead.
