Very slow 5g internet speed after update.

After update the speed is very low. When I bought the phone it gave me a speed of 90MBPS after a few updates and android version upgrade it got decreased to 30MBPS and now it's less than 15MBPS.

Please fix this by a new update. And it shows 5g+ now.

1. Check your protective case
If you are using a metal protective case or magnetic holder, which may interfere with your phone's signal, we recommend you remove it and then try again.

2. Restart the phone
Slow internet access may be due to temporary network issues. Restarting the phone will re-register it with the carrier's network, refreshing the network status, and potentially resolving the slow internet access issue.

3. Check network environment
This situation is often caused by poor signal or network quality in your location, which is mainly related to the carrier's network coverage. For example, in enclosed environments such as tunnels, subways, elevators, or crowded places like shopping malls or stations, network coverage and quality are generally poor. We recommend moving to another location for observation.

iQOO Care:4. Check if your carriers apply speed restrictions
For some data network plans, if your mobile data usage has reached a specific amount, your carrier will slow down your network speed. For more information, please contact your carrier's customer service.

5. Check if VPN is enabled
Connecting to a VPN network may slow down internet access. You can go to Settings > Other networks & connections (or Network & internet) > VPN and check whether a VPN is being used. If so, you are recommended to disable it.

6. Reset to default APN settings and then restart your phone.
Incorrect APN settings may affect internet speed. You can go to Settings > Mobile network/Dual SIMs & mobile network (> SIM card info and settings > SIM card) > Access point name (APN), or Settings > Network & internet > SIM card & mobile network > SIM card > Access point name (APN) to reset default settings, then please restart your phone.

When data saving mode is enabled, some images in certain apps may not load until clicked. We recommend disabling data saving mode and trying again. You can go to Settings -- Network & Internet -- Data Saver to turn off the data saving mode.

8. Reset network settings
You can go to Settings > System management/System > Backup & reset/Reset options, reset network settings, and then try again.
* Note: Resetting network settings will reset your Wi-Fi, mobile network, and Bluetooth connections.

Hi,
Do reset network settings and check once. Also, check with network provider bcs network latency is there at every area..
