What is Focus Mode And How To Use It On Your iQOO Devices

"Digital wellbeing" tools are a big part of modern smartphones. These utilities aim to create healthier usage habits. Focus Mode is one of these tools, and it's available on all Android devices.

What Is Focus Mode?

As the name implies, Focus Mode is a tool for eliminating distractions. It's similar to 'Do Not Disturb' but less complicated and more, well, focused. You might have Do Not Disturb on a schedule, whereas Focus Mode is mostly intended to be manually turned on whenever you need a break.

The general idea is you choose some apps, and then when you turn on Focus Mode you can't open or get notifications from them. It's a simple way to quickly block out the apps that you find the most distracting. Google's implementation is very barebones, while Samsung has more customization.

How to set Focus Mode

✅ Step-1: Go to Settings and Click on Digital Wellbeing & parental controls

✅ Step-3: Click on the distracting Apps you want to pause and hide their notifications. Then set a schedule of your own, it's not mandatory. Now click on 'Turn on now'.

✅ Step-4: Now you will see the options as given below. I have already set schedule.

You can choose Take a break, if you want to continue with these apps for a while before pausing. You will get option.

Now you notice, your Focus Mode is On. Your distracting Apps will be faded and inactive for pushing notifications.

You can set off the Focus Mode easily by tapping the Focus Mode again and tapping on Turn off now.

You can access your distracting Apps for 5 minutes at a time by clicking on those apps.
