The Naked Truth About Selfies Singapore's got a law that might make you think twice about those cheeky mirror selfies. Under their Miscellaneous Offences Act, being naked in your own home is illegal if you're visible to the public. So those windows better be covered if you're planning a nude photoshoot! The fine? Up to $2,000 or 3 months in jail. Yikes! 🙈💸

No Phones for Primates (Illinois) In the land of Lincoln, there's a bizarre law that forbids giving lighted cigars or phones to gorillas in state-owned zoos. It's part of the Illinois Feeding of Wild Animals Restrictions. The reasoning? To protect animals from harmful objects. But seriously, who was trying to make gorilla influencers? 🦍📱

Drunk Dialing... Your Livestock? The UK's Licensing Act of 1872 makes it illegal to be drunk in charge of a cow. While it doesn't specifically mention phones, imagine trying to drunk dial your cattle! The law's still in effect, so farmers, watch your booze intake before checking on the herd! 🐮🍺

Voting Booth Vanity Ban Australia takes voting seriously - so seriously that it's illegal to take photos inside a voting booth. The Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 prohibits the use of any photographic device in a polling booth. Violators can face fines up to $1,000. So much for that "I Voted" selfie! 🗳️🚫📸

North Korea

The Great Call Divide North Korea's telephony laws are no joke. Not only are citizens banned from making international calls, but they're also prohibited from owning mobile phones that can access the global internet. There's a separate, controlled intranet for locals. Talk about being cut off from the world! 🌍📵

Switzerland

The Midnight Flush Hush In some Swiss apartment buildings, there are rules against flushing toilets after 10 PM to keep noise levels down. While not a national law, many lease agreements include this quirky clause. Late-night scrollers, beware - your bathroom break might have to wait till morning! 🚽🕙

France

The Right to Disconnect In 2017, France passed a law giving workers the "right to disconnect" from work emails outside office hours. Companies with more than 50 employees must negotiate with staff about their rights to ignore professional messages after hours. Finally, a legal excuse to ignore your boss! 💼📵

Italy

No Selfies with Simba Rome banned selfies with wild animals like lions and tigers in 2017. The city council made it illegal to use wild and domestic animals for photos or videos. Violators face fines up to €500. So much for that lion king Instagram moment! 🦁📸💶
