I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue I have encountered with the display of my IQOO mobile phone. Recently, I have noticed a persistent green line appearing on the screen, which significantly affects my user experience and the overall functionality of the device. I have taken utmost care of my phone, and this issue seems to be a hardware defect. Until June software update , my phone was running very good . But after the update phone gets heat very soon and after 2 days a green line suddenly appears in my screen . My device is 1.5 years old and out of warranty. Despite spending 50K on the device, it did not meet the promised quality.
