Once, I took a cab and, upon reaching my destination, I opened Google Pay's scanner, but my phone froze for about 5-6 minutes and then rebooted on its own. This incident happened again when I was at a clothing store and opened Google Pay to make a payment. The phone hung and got stuck, which was very embarrassing and felt like I was using an old, cheap phone. I don't know if this issue is with Google Pay or FuntouchOS 14, but Vivo needs to address this. If any app gets stuck, it should be limited to that app and not cause the entire system to freeze. I've seen many people in the iQOO 12 Telegram group facing the same issue.

Additionally, I request that you add a "Pocket Mode" or accidental touch prevention option in the system settings. Many times, my phone dials emergency numbers automatically inside my pocket. Sometimes, my fingerprint sensor gets triggered, and the phone touches my thigh, causing it to vibrate. This creates a very poor software experience. Please take this feedback seriously and work on these issues. Thank you.
