I'm facing a critical issue with my IQOO Neo 6 5G device, and I need your assistance urgently. Here's what happened:
On 26th June 2024, I received a software update on my IQOO Neo 6. After installing the update, my phone entered a continuous restart loop, never progressing past the startup logo screen.
Following advice from customer service, I attempted a reset by pressing the volume up, volume down, and power buttons simultaneously. Unfortunately, this left my phone completely unresponsive.
I visited an IQOO service center on 29th June 2024, and I was informed that my phone's motherboard is dead. This was shocking as my device has been flawless since day one, and I've always used the original charger and cable provided in the box. The service center now says I need to replace the motherboard, which costs around ₹21,000.
This issue occurred immediately after the update, and I strongly believe it is related. I hope you can help me resolve this without the hefty repair cost, as it seems directly linked to the software update.
