Iqoo is spying by being primary user on your device

I have been using vivo device form past 8 years.

I just bought iqoo neo 9pro and as an android developer, i do a heavy customization of my device.

I used to run shell scripts via Adb using USB debugging to install or uninstall apps.

I uninstalled V-appstore on my vivo z1pro and even om my V3 max.

Whenever i try the same adb command

"Pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.vivo.appstore"

It returns

[DELETE_FAILED_USER_RESTRICTED]

That clearly means iqoo is the primary user on my device who has access to my system events and denying me permissions to execute Adb commands even when i am in developer mode which is definitely a breach to data privacy and security.

I think indian govt should definitely look into this matter as its a serious issue if i cant access a file or a package on my own device & someone else is controlling these permissions on a hardware which contains and is used to access highly sensitive informations

PM:Not helpful.
From WhatsApp i was asked to contact via email and email they are just turning things round and not giving straight response.
I know what i am doing and this is cleary a security breach on what files of my device i could access and what not.

I think you will look into this matter as soon as possible
