After installing the security patch updates on my IQ007 mobile displaying Red line on screen.

I visited Vivo Servic center (104 pride icon building,14/1/1, Tithe Nagar,kharadi bypass road,kharadi,pune ,maharastra- 411014) and explained my screen issue madam on the counter saw my mobile only 10 sec and replied your mobile display is loose and you need to replace the display. I requested to her to fix this loose display issue but she denied it. Worst experience, The Service center people did not understand the issue. They are focusing only on replace hardware. It is very the worst experience in Vivo service center(104 pride icon building,kharadi, Pune).
