I am writing to express my frustration with the ongoing issues I have faced with my iQOO Z7 5G. Despite multiple complaints to customer care, visits to the service center, and postings in the iQOO Store app, my camera issue remains unresolved. I have been reporting this problem since May, and it is now mid-August with no solution in sight. Additionally, the security updates for this model have been significantly delayed.
It seems as though the iQOO Z7 5G is being overlooked, and I am left feeling neglected as a customer. I urgently request that you address this matter promptly and provide a resolution so that I do not have to repeatedly visit service centers or continue writing complaint posts.
