As the competitive season of BGMI comes to a bloom, we are greeted with India's Biggest Official BGMI Tournament of 2024, 

Battleground Mobile India Pro Series or BMPS 2024

Here's all you need to know about it:

Format :

First of all, let's know about the format of BMPS 2024:

A total of 128 Invited teams will be participating in BMPS.

• Round 1 will be played from 20 August to 5th September.
• 128 Teams will be divided into two sets : Red and Blue 
• Each set will be having 4 groups with 16 Teams each.

• Each group will play 6 matches in a span of 8 days - from 20th to 27th August
• The Groups will then be Reshuffled.
• Each group will play 6 more matches in a span of 8 days - from 29th August to 5th September.

Top 64 Teams from the Overall Standings will make it to Round 2.

• Round 2 will be played from 7th to 10th September.
• 64 Teams will be divided into 4 Groups with 16 Teams each.

• Each Team will be playing 6 matches.

Top 48 Teams from the Overall Standings will make it to Round 3.

• Round 3 will be played from 11th to 14th September.
• 48 Teams will be divided into 3 Groups with 16 Teams each.

• Each team will play 4 matches in a span of 2 days - 11th and 12th September
• The Groups will then be Reshuffled.
• Each team will play 4 more matches in a span of 2 days - 13th and 14th September

Top 24 Teams from the Overall Standings will make it to Semi-Finals.

• Semi-finals will be played from 15th to 18th September.
• 24 Teams will be divided into 3 Groups of 8 Teams each.

• Semi-finals will be played in a Double Round-Robin format.
• 6 matches per day will be played which makes 24 total matches.
• Each team will get to play 4 matches per day making a total of 16 matches per team.

• Top 16 Teams from the Overall Standings will make it to the Grand Finals.
• The Grand Finals will be played from 27th to 29th September at a LAN Event in Kochi, Kerala.
• A Total of 18 Matches will be played over a span of 3 Days.
• At the end of 18th match, we will get our champions.

These are all the teams participating in Round 1 of BMPS 2024.

Prize Pool Distribution :

While Krafton is yet to reveal the Exact distribution of prize-pool among the teams, For Now, We know that the BMPS 2024 has a total prize pool of 2 Crore Rupees.
