If you are just as hyped as we are for Batch 2 of Mystery Island, we thought you might also need some tips to keep your cool! We asked Rosie for some ideas on how to keep our cool during your binge watching session, hopefully these help!

1.) Breath Focus: Before diving into your series, take a few deep breaths like you’re preparing for a marathon. Think of it as warming up for the couch Olympics—centering your mind so you don’t miss a single plot twist.

2.) Body Scan: Do a quick body check from head to toe, releasing any tension like you’re about to enter a TV-watching zen mode. Stretch out—nobody wants a cramp during a cliffhanger!

3.) Mindful Intention: Set a clear, mindful intention: “I’m here to enjoy this show, not to judge my life choices when my TV asks if I’m still watching.” Embrace the binge; remember, breaks are for refilling snacks, not regrets.
