I recently visited the Tambaram branch, located in the heart of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In this guide, I'll walk you through how to approach a service center, along with the essential pre- and post-visit formalities every consumer should know. So, let's get started!

Here are some common reasons you might visit a service center:

1.Experience Service Day: Service centers often host special Service Days, where you can experience the quality of customer service firsthand.

2.Free Screen Protector and Back case* : You might want to visit to get a free screen protector or back case for your iQOO device depends upon availability of stock.

3.Device Issues: Whether it’s a hardware problem or an accessory malfunction, the service center is the place to get it checked and resolved.

4.Software Concerns: While software-related issues are often resolved through the iQOO Connect Community's support section, a visit to the service center may be necessary if a physical inspection is required.

It's important to remember that any successful brand owes a great deal of its success to both pre-sales and after-sales service. That’s where trust is built. If you’re curious about the quality of iQOO’s service, you don’t even need to own an iQOO smartphone just visit your nearest service center and see for yourself.

Approaching Nearby Service Centre

Approaching a service center is the first and most important step. However, if you're planning to buy accessories or replace parts, it's best to call your nearest service center beforehand. You might be wondering how to get the contact details of your local service center—here’s how.

Step 1 : Open iQOO App>Support>Service Centers

There are several ways to approach your service center. If you already know the address, you can visit directly. However, it’s recommended to call ahead or book an appointment before arriving.

When you call, make sure to clearly explain your issue or requirement.

If the service center representative can understand the problem over the phone, they may provide a solution right away. However, if the issue requires a physical inspection, they will schedule an appointment for you to visit the service center.

In the case of accessories, if the item is in stock, they will reserve it for you and invite you to collect it. If it’s not available, they’ll note down your device model and accessory requirements, order the stock, and provide you with a response date. You will be contacted on or before that date to pick up your accessories from the service center.

Streamlined Service for Premium Users: Skip the Queue and Get Immediate Assistance

When you’re ready to visit the service center, simply head to the service support counters. If you’re a premium smartphone user—such as those in the iQOO number series

you can skip the queue.

No need to worry if you don't have a premium smartphone; the service will be the same. Just expect a slightly longer wait time, but everything else will remain consistent.

All service centers have dedicated counters for iQOO and premium smartphone users. Just share your concern with the representative, who will create a ticket and address your inquiry.

After informing the service representative about your issue, ask for permission to unlock your device and allow them to note down your IMEI code. This is necessary to prepare the job sheet and verify if your warranty is still valid.

Enjoy a Premium Experience While Your Device Gets Serviced

After this is done, your device will be handed back to you, and the technician will proceed with the necessary service.

Meanwhile, the iQOO service center offers a premium experience with a well-furnished lounge, a smart TV, snacks, and newspapers, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment while you wait.

Transparent Repairs: Inspection, Cost Explanation, and On-Site Repair

The technician will perform a physical inspection of your device. If the issue is related to a component and stock is available, they will address it immediately. If the necessary parts are not in stock, they will provide an estimated timeframe for when the repair can be completed. They will also clearly explain the costs involved and whether your device is under warranty.

Once you agree to the terms, the technician will carry out the repair in your presence, perform physical tests and necessary checks, and ask you to verify the repairs before concluding the process.

Post-Service Follow-Up: Satisfaction Confirmation and Feedback Collection:

Once you’re satisfied with the repair, the technician will confirm that the issue has been resolved, and you can collect the job sheet, completing the service.

Following the service, you’ll receive a call from centralized service support to provide feedback on your experience. You’ll be asked to rate your service from 1 to 5 stars, with 5 indicating complete satisfaction. Ratings of 4, 3, 2, or 1 indicate varying levels of dissatisfaction.

Additionally, you will receive another call from service support for a feedback circle. This call aims to assess the service's long-term effectiveness and allows you to provide feedback for the brand’s continuous improvement.

So, Questers,

if you want to experience iQOO's exceptional service, visit their service center—it’s the best place to address your device-related issues. Avoid local service centers, as they might not be as reliable.

I recommend everyone to visit your nearest iQOO service center and share your feedback in our community. This way, other users can learn about the service experience and make informed decisions.

I took screenshots from a Tamil Tech  YouTube channel he recently visited an iQOO/Vivo service center. Although I requested permission to take photos, a sign at the center prohibited photography, which is why I used screenshots instead.
