Iqoo neo 9 pro model I'm having this issue can you please look into this and escalate the issue

I need replacement of the product or I need refund for the product since the software is fully upto date and I have tried everything.

You can. See that when I press Google folder sometimes it registers and sometimes it doesn't. Even in the defailt photos app you can see the there is no response on screen even if the touch is registered. Even when closing and opening the app drawer  it registers sometimes it's doesn't at all I have to pull the app drawer again. This is a new phone. First time buying iqoo product.
