TOP USEFUL EXCEL KEYBOARD SHORTCUT

Microsoft Excel offers a wide range of keyboard shortcuts that can greatly enhance your efficiency. Here are some of the most useful ones:

1. Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V

  • Purpose: Copy and paste.
  • Usage: Ctrl + C copies the selected cells, and Ctrl + V pastes the copied to a new location.

2. Ctrl + X

  • Purpose: Cut.
  • Usage: Ctrl + X cuts the selected cells, allowing you to move data to a new location.

3. Ctrl + Z / Ctrl + Y

  • Purpose: Undo and redo.
  • Usage: Ctrl + Z undoes the last action, while Ctrl + Y redoes the last undone action.

4. Ctrl + Arrow Keys

  • Purpose: Navigate quickly through data.
  • Usage: Ctrl + Arrow Keys moves to the edge of the data region in the direction of the arrow key pressed, which is useful for navigating large datasets.

5. Ctrl + Shift + Arrow Keys
