The name of this village is Iradatganj Bighiya. This village is in discussion. Because all the people of this village do only one business and that is the business of Rasgulla. Rasgulla of this village situated on Prayagraj Jabalpur Mumbai National Highway is spreading its taste in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh through the highway. People pack this sweet Rasgulla and take it to Jabalpur, Mumbai and other cities. At the same time, people from the surrounding districts and localities of Prayagraj also come here on a large scale to eat and pack Rasgulla.

How are the special Rasgullas found here made?

People of this entire village start making Rasgulla from the morning itself, which takes about 3 hours to make, first of all milk khoya is made, then Rasgulla is made from the prepared khoya, and it is fried in pure ghee. After filtering it is soaked in raab. In this way, wonderful Khova Rasgulla is prepared in pure desi ghee, which is wonderful in taste.

The price of this Rasgulla ranges from ₹20 to ₹30. The special thing is that the Rasgullas prepared here do not spoil for a week. To pack it, special big size and colored handi is made from Kumhar's place. In which silver paper is applied and given to the customers.
