Lagging issue in iQOO z9s pro 5G

Dear iQOO,

I spend my monthly income to buy this handset iQOO z9s pro 5G because in my family many people are use Vivo smartphone since few years and their feedback is good for Vivo compair other companies because Vivo's sub brand iQOO so I purchased your Phone but you give me bugs and lags, crashes I also complain your helpline and iQOO store support but my problem can't solved and devices is new i purchased on 5 sept and only 10-15 days this smartphone is lagging I am not happy to buy this smartphone. 

Please fix my problem as soon as possible
