The iQOO 12 has become the first smartphone to receive the Android 15 update, beating out competitors like Google's Pixel devices. The update is delivered through iQOO's Funtouch OS 15, which enhances performance, personalization, and productivity. Users will benefit from a 15% faster app launch speed and better multitasking, thanks to memory optimization technology.

Funtouch OS 15 brings over 3,800 customizable design elements, including system colors, fonts, icons, and wallpapers. It also introduces gaming and photography upgrades, such as an AI-powered photo enhancement tool and improved game modes. Additionally, features like the "Link to Windows" make cross-device collaboration smoother.

The iQOO 12 will receive this update first in October 2024, with other models following later in the year and into 2025.
