Please don`t worry, here are some methods for you:

1. Restart your handset;

2. Please check whether you are using the application's updated version;

3. Please long-press the all applications app icon > App info > Storage and cache > Clear cache.

4. Clear running memory and storage space.

5. Access Settings>More settings>Backup & Reset>Restore(Reset) all settings. Don`t worry, no data or media will be deleted;
