1. Try restarting the app
Long press the app icon on the desktop -- App info -- Force Stop, or end the app in the background, then reopen the app.

2. Update the system and app to the latest version
New versions improve compatibility and stability. Try updating the system and check for updates within the app or the app store.

3. Check app compatibility
Check the app instruction in the Play Store/V-Appstore to check if it's not compatible with your phone (For example, some apps have requirements for the Android version of the phone.), or test the app on another phone with same Android version. If the app is not compatible, or if other devices also encounter this issue, it may be a problem with the app itself. It is recommended that you consult the app customer service to find a solution.

iQOO Care:4. Check app permissions
If certain permissions are disabled on the device, it may cause the app to crash. You can go to App info -- Permissions, allow the app all the required permissions, and then try opening the app again.

5. Clear the app data
Long press the app icon on the desktop -- App info -- Storage & cache -- Clear data (the app data will be deleted and cannot be recovered).

6. Uninstall and reinstall the app (Optional)
Long press the app icon on the desktop -- Uninstall the app, then download and reinstall the app from the app store. (Note that uninstalling the app will delete the app's data which can't be recovered after the operation.)

7. Clean up memory and storage
Use iManager to clean up device storage space regularly and uninstall any rarely used apps to keep at least 20% of storage remaining.
