Under the hood, the iQOO 13 runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, supported by LPDDR5X Ultra memory, a combination that scored an impressive 3 million points on AnTuTu. The iQOO 13’s performance suite is well-suited to handle high-end gaming demands, with optimized power efficiency and thermal control that reportedly allow it to sustain 60fps on Genshin Impact.

Additionally, the Q2 chip supports frame rate interpolation, delivering up to 144fps in select compatible games, while the super-resolution feature enables gaming in 2K. At launch, over 140 super-frame games and more than 100 super-resolution games are supported, including 98 that offer both features simultaneously. These features highlight iQOO’s dedication to providing a premium mobile gaming experience, making the iQOO 13 a powerful choice for gamers looking for flagship-level performance.

A larger battery within a slimmer body

The iQOO 13 packs a robust 6150mAh battery, up from iQOO 12's 5000mAh capacity. Despite this larger battery, the device remains impressively slim at 7.99mm, even thinner than the iQOO 12. The battery benefits from iQOO’s third-generation silicon negative electrode technology, contributing to extended battery life and efficient power management.

To complement this, the iQOO 13 supports 100W wired charging, with a charger that also offers PD output compatibility, making it suitable for charging PCs and tablets as well. This high-speed charger can fully recharge the phone in about 30 minutes, ensuring minimal downtime between uses. Additionally, a bypass charging feature allows the device to be powered directly from the adapter, reducing battery wear during prolonged gaming sessions.

In the front, the iQOO 13 sports a stunning 6.82-inch 2K (3168×1440) 8T LTPO flat display, developed with BOE’s latest Q10 luminous material. This advanced display delivers a 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak local brightness reaching an impressive 4500 nits, up from iQOO 12’s 3000 nits. iQOO also includes a custom eye-protection solution with circular polarized light, aimed at reducing eye strain during prolonged use.
