So today is 14th Nov also known a Children's Day... It is Celebrated as the Birth Anniversary of our 1st PM of India Shri Jawaharlal Nehru.
This dates marks an important date in India also.... As today every year is the beginning of India International Trade Fair held at Bahrat Mandapam, New Delhi each Year.
The 43rd edition of the India International Trade Fair (IITF) will begin at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi today.
November 14 to November 18 (Business Days tickets priced at ₹500 per individual and children at ₹150)
Weekends: General tickets are priced at Rs 150, while children’s tickets are Rs 60.
From November 19 Onwards: General tickets are available at a reduced price of Rs 80, and children’s tickets are Rs 40.
This year’s theme, “Viksit Bharat @2047,” embodies a vision of India as a self-reliant, resilient, and prosperous nation, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, good governance, and inclusivity as drivers of growth.
Commerce and Industry Minister Mr. Piyush Goyal will inaugurate the fair, which will showcase products and innovations across diverse sectors, promoting the country’s export potential and providing a dynamic platform for networking, learning, and collaboration.
The area spread over 107,000 square meters in the newly constructed Bharat Mandapam halls, IITF 2024 will host over 3,500 exhibitors from India and 11 other countries, including China, Egypt, South Korea, and the UAE.
Bihar and Uttar Pradesh will participate as Partner States, while Jharkhand has been designated as the Focus State. A total of 33 States/UTs and 49 central ministries, government departments, and PSUs will join, along with major private-sector participants like Titan, Jindal Steel & Power, JSW Steel, Relaxo, Hawkins, and Woodland. IITF will feature B2B and B2C elements, underscoring the fair’s role as a key South Asian trade hub for domestic and international exhibitors.
The event is expected to attract up to 100,000 visitors daily, with Business Days scheduled from November 14 to 18 and general public entry from November 19 to 27.
Tickets are available at 55 designated DMRC metro stations, the Bharat Mandapam Mobile App, the DMRC app Momentum 2.0, the Delhi Sarthi app, and the ITPO website, with free entry for senior citizens and Divyangjan.
A user-friendly route map and navigation tools are also available via the Bharat Mandapam app, assisting visitors with hall locations, stall details, and directions within the expansive venue.
