1. IP Rating :

The first and major change compared to the iQOO 12 is that the iQOO 12 only had an IP 64 rating, while the iQOO 13 added IP 68+ 69, which is now a full-fledged flagship device in the iQOO 13 due to that major change.

2. Display :

The iQOO 12 has a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, 144Hz refresh rate, 3000 nits max brightness, 2160PHz PWM dimming.While the iQOO 13 has the world's first Q10 LTPO 2K AMOLED display, 144Hz Ultra Eyecare display, 2592 Hz PWM dimming, 4500 nits peak brightness, Circular polarization technology.

3.Cameras :

The iQOO 12 has a 50MP OmniVision sensor main camera, a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor ultra-wide camera, and a 64MP OV64B sensor, and the front camera is only 16MP. The iQOO 13 offers a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 50MP Sony IMX816 telephoto camera. The iQOO 13 front camera finally supports 4K recording.
