I bought the iQOO 12 on December 14, 2023, and now the iQOO 13 is out. The problem is, every time I try to exchange my iQOO 12, the system shows "IMEI number not supported." Even after multiple complaints, customer care keeps repeating the same excuse: "Try after 24 hours, the website is facing issues." It’s been five days, and those so-called "24 hours" are still not over.
I never expected this from iQOO when I bought the iQOO 12. It’s a complete shame on such a big brand. And what’s worse? During the iQOO 13 launch, they proudly claimed they’d give a loyalty bonus. What a joke! You can’t even allow exchanges for phones of your own brand, claiming "IMEI number not supported," and then talk about loyalty bonuses.
And the irony? Your website can’t even recognize the IMEI of the most eye-catching flagship mobile of 2023, the iQOO 12. This level of failure is beyond disappointing.
