I pre-booked iqoo 13 on the first day of its launch, and made complete payment on 10th via IQOO E-store (hoping they will take care of their customer), the order has to be arrived to me by yesterday but hasn't arrived and even today the order is not delivered. Due to this my concentration is hampering and i am constantly thinking of what wrong could have have been done to my order. I need Full compensation of my phone value along with my parcel ASAP. When you need payment you wont give us extra day, now I need full compensation too. If you don't value your customer why should the customer value you. From next time I will book through Amazon (as they take care for their customer, compensate for even a single day delay).
