Any one facing the issue with microsoft teams notifications?

If yes, please help me with the solution.

I'm able to get the notifications only after opening the app manually.

Until unless the teams app is opened the notifications are not showing up.

I have given all the necessary permissions and also re installed the app but it's still not working.
