Regarding Iqoo 13 2 Years Warranty

Hi Iqoo Team,

I have purchased the Iqoo phone in Pre book Sale , but i received only 1 year warranty in the e-card. But iqoo said that 2 years warranty . So how to claim that another 1 year warranty. Should i need to go to Service centre ?

Please reply me as early as Possible @iqoo13 @iqooteam

Hi, iQOO hope you are doing well. We would like to let you know that iQOO app will not show you the extended warranty as it only shows the default warranty of 1 Year.
Further, the additional warranty will be calculated from the date of purchase do not worry.😊
