I have recently bought IQOO 13 and this is my first shift to IQOO device. In my Old phone which is a Xiaomi device. I have so much of data in Notes app in Mi Cloud. I want to transfer it to IQOO Cloud.

So, for this I want to access IQOO Cloud from browser so that it will be easy for me to lift and shift. But I haven't found any IQOO Cloud web browser application, rather I found VIVO Cloud which will not work with IQOO device.

From the phone, I can see there is IQOO Cloud Application with my account and it is getting synced, so I reached out the support team and they simply told me to manually add notes in new phone from old phone, which seems to be a very Vauge answer. How can one simply copy or type all those 1000s of Notes into other device.

While I could see all other company devices have their own cloud for syncing and have access to login to that cloud from browser, Why the so called branded IQOO not allowing us to access the IQOO Cloud from Browser.

What if I dont have my phone with me and I want to access the data in my from laptop? This is the main reason for using Cloud right?

We are using cloud to make customers accessible to data all over world at any time from browser, not just for the name sake.

I was very disappointed with this feature unavailability, If I know these kinds of things, I would have not come for IQOO device aswell.

I hope IQOO team will address this and get with some feature or solution.
