Free Fire has announced the esports roadmap for 2025, featuring regions Southeast Asia, Brazil, Latam, Pakistan, and the Middle East & Africa. Fans will get to see 12 exciting tournaments, starting from February 2025, including FFWS Brazil Pre-Season, FFWS SEA Fall 2025, EWC Qualifier 2025, FF MID Season Clash, and more. Free Fire World Series (FFWS) is an annual Free Fire esports championship hosted by developer Garena. The top teams from all around the world complete their regional events to qualify for the pinnacle FFWS Global Finals.

The 2024 edition of the Free Fire World Series Global Finals was held in Rio Centro Convention and Carioca Arena 1, Rio de Janeiro, and was won by the home team, Fluxo, and the Indonesian team, RRQ finished as the runners-up. 

Free Fire Esports World Cup 2025 

Free Fire Esports World Cup 2025 is set to take place from June to August 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This will be the second time Free Fire is part of the Esports World Cup. Team Falcons won the last edition, securing a $300,000 prize pool, while EVOS Divine secured second place, bagging $175,00 prize money.
