I hope this message finds you well. I would like to report an issue I've been experiencing on my iQOO 13 device while playing BGMI.
Twice now, my screen has frozen, and the device has shut down automatically. This happens when I try to open another app using the shortcut from the left swipe corner while playing the game. After the shutdown, I need to manually power the device back on.
Could you please investigate this issue and provide any solutions or updates to resolve it?
Is anyone facing the same issue! Or it's just for my device only.
