📌 Netflix App Issue on IQOO 13 – Assistance Required


I am encountering an issue with the Netflix app on my newly purchased flagship model, the IQOO 13. For the past two days, the app has been stuck on the Netflix logo during startup and fails to load. Previously, it was functioning without any problems.


As a flagship device, my expectations were understandably high, but this issue has been quite disappointing, especially as it renders my Netflix subscription unusable.


Interestingly, I also own the IQOO Neo 7 Pro, and the Netflix app works flawlessly on the same network and in the same location.


Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already attempted:


1️⃣ Restarting the Device

I have restarted my IQOO 13 multiple times, but this did not resolve the issue.


2️⃣ Reinstalling the Netflix App

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Netflix app several times, even using different Google Play Store accounts to ensure it wasn’t account-specific. Unfortunately, the issue persists.

3️⃣ Adjusting Device Settings

I modified the phone’s resolution settings as a potential fix, but this had no effect.

4️⃣ Internet Connectivity

My internet connection is stable, with no latency, ping, or upload/download issues. I’ve tested the app using Jio 5G, Airtel 5G, Airtel 4G, and a fiber-optic broadband Wi-Fi connection, but the problem remains unresolved.

Other applications are working seamlessly, and I have ensured that both the Netflix app and device software are up to date. I’ve also cleared the app cache as a troubleshooting step.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue on the IQOO 13? Could this be a compatibility problem or something else I might have overlooked? I would greatly appreciate any insights or solutions.
