The Ultrasonic Finger print on my IQOO 13 is not working post application of a standard tempered glass. I have searched the internet and everyone seems to be facing the same issue. This is poor oversight from IQOO. How did your team not even factor in this case? It is not practically possible to use a phone without tempered glass. This is such a basic thing. This should have been thought of and handled prior to the release of the phone. How am I supposed to use the phone now? Many applications these days require fingerprint authentication to work. I was expecting a flagship experience after shelling out a fortune on this phone but am getting third class experience now. There needs to be a solution for this immediately. You cannot leave your customers lurking after spending so much on a phone. What is your team doing to working towards a solution in this regards?

And for folks reading this do not buy IQOO 13 until IQOO comes out with a solution. Pass this message on to your family and friends. I have already done it.
