Issue Regarding Gap in the Frame Between Display and Battery Cover in iQOO 13

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my iQOO 13 smartphone. I have noticed that there is a visible gap in the frame located between the display and the battery cover at the top-right corner of the device.
This gap raises concerns regarding the water and dust resistance claims of the phone, as such a gap can potentially allow water or dust to enter the device, thereby affecting its performance and longevity. As per the product specifications, the iQOO 13 is advertised to be water and dust resistant, but this visible gap contradicts that claim.
As a loyal iQOO customer, I’ve always trusted the brand’s claims of water and dust resistance. However, this visible gap has made me a little concerned about whether the phone is truly protected from dust and water as advertised. A gap like this might allow external elements to affect the phone over time, which is something I’m sure iQOO wouldn’t want.
I already own three iQOO devices – the iQOO 11, iQOO 12, and now the iQOO 13. Given my positive experience with previous models, I never expected to face an issue like this. I trust that this matter will be resolved promptly, as I have always been happy with iQOO’s quality.
I would love your help in understanding how this could be resolved. Could you please guide me on the next steps? Whether it’s a replacement, or any other solution, I am confident that iQOO will address this with the same level of excellence that your products represent.
