NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5000 series GPUs launched at CES 2025

NVIDIA has finally unveiled its next-generation 5000 series GPUs at CES 2025. 


The new lineup includes the GeForce RTX 5090, GeForce RTX 5080, GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, and the GeForce RTX 5070. 


The GeForce RTX 5000 series has a starting price of Rs 59,000 in India

The new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5000 series GPUs come in four SKUs: RTX 5090, RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, and RTX 5070. The new series brings major improvements over its predecessors

For desktop users, the GeForce RTX 5090 GPU and the GeForce RTX 5080 GPU will be available starting on January 30th, for Rs 2,14,000 and Rs 1,07,000, respectively.


The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GPU and the GeForce RTX 5070 GPU will be available starting in February for Rs 80,000 and Rs 59,000, respectively

1) The latest NVIDIA GPUs are powered by the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture, fifth-generation Tensor cores, and fourth-generation RT (Ray Tracing) cores


2). DLSS 4 improves the GeForce RTX 5090 GPU’s performance by up to 2X compared to the GeForce RTX 4090.



3). NVIDIA Reflex 2’s Frame Warp reduces latency by up to 75 percent by updating frames with the latest mouse input



4). The RTX Mega Geometry also supports up to 100x more ray-traced triangles, significantly boosting realism in game characters and environments.



5). NVIDIA’s ACE technologies enable characters to perceive, plan, and act like humans. Coming to PUBG, InZOI, and MIR5, these AI-driven characters enhance gameplay with adaptive strategies and dynamic behaviors


6). NVIDIA has announced foundation models running locally on RTX AI PCs. With up to 3,352 trillion AI operations per second and 32GB of VRAM, these GPUs support FP4 compute for 2X faster AI inference and smaller memory usage



7). NVIDIA Broadcast adds AI features for livestreamers, including Studio Voice for improved audio and Virtual Key light for better lighting. Streamlabs’ Intelligent Streaming Assistant, powered by NVIDIA ACE and Inworld AI, enhances livestreams with cohosting and technical support
