I bought the iQOO neo 7 in March 2023 upon arrival I knew something was off, the battery drained way too fast but I didn't look into it as I was thrilled by the gaming performance. As of now my iQOO neo 7 struggles to deliver even 3 hours of battery backup on normal usage such as watching YouTube videos. So I decided to use some apps as to estimate the battery health. I installed accubattery on my mobile phone and test it for more than a week and the results were shocking, the estimated capacity was only 1997mah, I could not believe it and installed Antutu benchmark for a battery health checkup too and was disappointed to find 38% battery health, 62% of my battery degraded in just 22 months. My warranty has expired and I can't do much about it, the new battery costs more than 2400. I would be glad if the customer service offers an free replacement of the battery because 62% health degradion of battery is not ideal at all.
