Huawei Band 9 priced at Rs 4,499 and FreeBuds SE2 at Rs 2,999 – now available on Amazon and Flipkart

Huawei has launched two new products in the wearable tech and audio space- the Huawei Band 9 and FreeBuds SE2, aimed at enhancing users’ fitness tracking and audio experiences.

Huawei Band 9: Features and pricing

The Huawei Band 9, priced at Rs 4,499, is now available for pre-order on Amazon and Flipkart. The fitness tracker offers a lightweight design, weighing just 14 grams, making it suitable for all-day wear. The device promises a long battery life, lasting up to 14 days on a full charge and 9 days with typical use.

The Band 9 features a 1.47-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a 2.5D glass lens, providing a clear display for tracking health data and customising watch faces. The device also includes Huawei’s TruSeen 5.5 technology, offering precise heart rate monitoring and Pulse Wave Arrhythmia Analysis to track heart health. Additionally, the Band 9’s TruSleep 4.0 feature detects abnormal breathing patterns during sleep and offers insights to improve rest.

With 100 workout modes, including swimming, and 5ATM water resistance, the Band 9 caters to fitness enthusiasts. The device also includes an Activity 3-Rings feature, gamifying fitness goals to encourage users to stay active.

Huawei FreeBuds SE2: Features and pricing

Huawei’s FreeBuds SE2, priced at Rs 2,999, are available on Flipkart. These wireless earbuds offer up to 9 hours of playback on a single charge, with the charging case extending the total battery life to 40 hours. A quick 10-minute charge provides 3 hours of playback

The FreeBuds SE2 are designed based on analysis of over 300,000 ear canal samples. The earbuds are also IP54-rated for dust and splash resistance, making them suitable for various activities. Bluetooth 5.3 ensures stable connectivity, and users can control music, calls, and voice assistants via touch controls.

A unique feature of the SE2 is the “Find the Earbuds” function available through the AI Life app. The earbuds are also eco-friendly, earning an SGS Grade I certification.

Availability

The Huawei Band 9 will be available for pre-order starting 16 January 2025 in multiple colours, including Black, White, Pink, Blue, and Yellow. The FreeBuds SE2 will be available on Amazon for Rs 2,999
