Good news! iQOO Z9 is getting a new update via OTA for the month of January

• Updated to the January 2025 Google security patch to improve system security

• Optimized system stability for a better user experience

• Fixed the occasional issue where you cannot enter some third-party apps on the recent tasks screen
• Fixed the occasional issue where some features don't work properly when you use third-party apps in small window mode

Network

• Fixed the occasional issue where your device cannot connect to Wi-Fi networks

Game

• Fixed the occasional issue of lagging or frame drops in some games

Status bar & notifications

• Fixed the occasional issue where the status bar is not displayed properly in some scenarios

Multimedia

• Fixed the occasional issue where game audio still persists when you return to the home screen from a game that is autoplaying
