It is designed to reward users for engaging with Jios digital ecosystem, primarily through the JioSphere browser. The token operates on the Polygon blockchain, ensuring high scalability, low transaction costs, and energy efficiency.

How Does JioCoin Work?

• Earning JioCoins: Users can earn JioCoins by browsing the internet using the JioSphere browser. Activities like watching videos, surfing websites, or engaging with other Jio apps (like MyJio or JioCinema) will generate rewards in the form of these tokens.

• Wallet Integration: The earned coins are automatically stored in a secure Web3 wallet linked to the users account.

• Non-Tradable: At present, JioCoins cannot be traded or redeemed for cash. However, they may be used for services within the Reliance ecosystem in the future.
