Hi Team, 

The proximity sensor on my newly purchased iqoo 13 (16+512) is not working properly. When I make or receive a call, even when I place the phone close to my ears, the screen stays on continuously and refuses to turn off. Also most of the times, the notification panel drops down.

I tried restarting my phone and it helps for a few minutes post which it is back to the same issue. Really poor calling experience so far. Would appreciate some help in this regard.
