A new Marvel Rivals leak teases potential adjustments

with changes to popular characters like Iron Fist and Scarlet Witch on the way. The Marvel Rivals  leak also revealed that some team-ups, the special abilities unlocked when players have certain heroes on their team, will see tweaks.

The most recent Marvel Rivals update dropped on February 13, and one of the main additions was the Valentine's Day skins  for Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman. The developers have fixed several bugs affecting maps, heroes, and gameplay, such as the error that didn't update the KDA of players who got KOs during overtime. This time, new information reveals that the NetEase shooter has even more in store for players with one of its upcoming updates.

Leaker X0X_LEAK shared on their Twitter  the potential patch notes for a Marvel Rivals update that they say will arrive this week. The patch could bring several adjustments to the heroes of the game's three classes, such as the Scarlet Witch. With the change, when Wanda casts her ultimate, she will gain 100 bonus HP, which will decay by 50/s when the casting is interrupted or ends. Moon Knight, the most-played Marvel Rivals Duelist,  will see changes to his ultimate. Its speed will be reduced, the damage caused by each fist will increase from 75 to 150, and the additional damage from being in the middle of the spell field will be removed.

In addition to hero balancing, some Marvel Rivals team-ups  will also be adjusted. One of them is Frozen Chi, the special ability that Luna Snow gains from having Iron Fist on her team, which will have the healing increased from 50 to 75. Meanwhile, the slowdown inflicted on enemies will increase from 20% to 30%. Symbiote Bond, the team up when Peni Parker or Spider-Man has a Venom on their team, will have their full invincibility and 50% damage reduction removed, and their ability time reduced from 4 to 1 second.

As with leaks, Marvel Rivals players should consider the information carefully, as it may change until it is officially announced, revealing different changes to the shooter's characters. While the potential release of the update is expected this week, gamers still have time to secure the Marvel Rivals Season 1 rewards,  unlocking new skins to equip for the Invisible Woman and the Human Torch. Players can also purchase the Captain America: Brave New World bundle, which comes with a mysterious skin, a Red Hulk spray, and a Sam Wilson nameplate.
