Sitting at the top of MediaTek’s portfolio, the Dimensity 9000 series delivers cutting-edge performance for high-end smartphones.

The latest in the lineup, the Dimensity 9400, is built on TSMC’s 3nm N3P process, pushing efficiency and power to new heights.

At its core, the octa-core CPU features a beastly Cortex-X925 core clocked at 3.63GHz, flanked by three Cortex-X4 cores at 3.3GHz and four Cortex-A720 cores at 2.4GHz.

The Immortalis-G925 GPU ups the ante with hardware-accelerated ray tracing, delivering console-like visuals for mobile gamers. Camera capabilities are equally impressive, with support for 320MP sensors and 8K video recording at 60fps.

On-device AI gets a boost from the NPU 890, enabling real-time enhancements and smarter processing.
