The feb month is almost over and still we haven't received the feb update for this device

Moreover,there is still no confirmation from the Dev's side regarding the massive battery drain issue and no one seems to care of it

It's only been a year old since I bought it and the battery health is already down at 98%,like seriously this is unacceptable.I have to constantly charge my phone in a day atleast 2 times bcz of the poor optimization of apps consuming battery

I don't understand like why can't u provide a os which is battery efficient.The os in other brands are far ahead in terms of features and optimization

According to the update policy of the iQOO neo 9 pro ,it's supposed to get updates for 4 years .

So,why can't u atleast keep pushing stable optmized updates for atleast 2-3 years for a particular device .
