iQOO Neo 11 series tipped to feature 2K display, 7000mAh battery, 100W charging

iQOO is reportedly working on the iQOO Z10 series of smartphones for the Chinese market. It is speculated that the lineup may include four models, such as the Z10x, Z10, Z10 Turbo, and Z10 Turbo. By mid-2025, the brand may unveil the Neo 10S series as an incremental upgrade over the existing Neo 10 lineup. The iQOO 15 series is expected to launch in October or November in the home market. By the end of 2025, the company may unveil the Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro. A new leak by reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed what to expect from the Neo 11 lineup.

In the above Weibo post, DCS has not mentioned the name of the phone(s) he is talking about. However, the emoji used by him suggests that he could be talking about an upcoming iQOO phone, possibly the Neo 11 series. The leak suggests that the Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro will have common specifications such as a 2K flat display, which would be a significant upgrade from the 1.5K screens seen in previous models.

Another major highlight of the Neo 11 lineup is the inclusion of a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, offering improved speed and accuracy compared to optical in-display sensors.

Additionally, the series is expected to house a battery with a capacity exceeding 7,000mAh paired with 100W fast charging. For durability, the Neo 11 series will be equipped with a metal middle frame. If true, this would mark a significant shift from the plastic frames used in past Neo-series models.

The iQOO Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro will succeed the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered  Neo 10 and Dimensity 9400-powered Neo 10 Pro, which were announced in December 2024 in China. While DCS has not mentioned the chipsets of the Neo 11 and 11 Pro, it is likely that the standard model may feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite, whereas the Pro model could be equipped with the upcoming Dimensity 9500 chipset.
