I bought the iQO0 12 on February 15, 2024, and now the iQ00 13 is out. The problem is, every time I try to exchange my iQO0 12, the system shows "IMEI number not supported." 
I never expected this from iQO0 when I bought the iQO0 12. It's a complete shame on such a big brand. And what's worse? During the iQO0 13 launch, they proudly claimed they'd give a loyalty bonus. What a joke! You can't even allow exchanges for phones of your own brand, claiming "IMEl number not supported," and then talk about loyalty bonuses. And the irony? Your website can't even recognize the IMEl of the most eye-catching flagship mobile of 2023, the iQO0 12. This level of failure is beyond disappointing.
